Moraes decision
Minister Moraes ordered the breach of bank secrecy by Carla Zambelli and Walter Delgatti Neto, covering the period from June 2022 to June 2023. Defense
Walter Delgatti Neto's defense confirmed, through a note, the arrest of the hacker, emphasizing that he did not have access to the court decision.
