At the age of 22 and with a professional career of 18 years, actress and singer Larissa Manoela, in an interview given to TV Globo's "Fantástico" program, revealed reporter Renata Capucci,having made the decision to relinquish all the wealth he had accumulated over his career due to a conflict with his parents. For the first time, the artist addressed the issue of breaking up with her mother and father, previously responsible for managing her career.
During the interview, Larissa said she was prepared to start over.It is important to point out that the differences between Larissa Manoela and her parents, Silvana and Gilberto, are not recent.
"The differences started from the moment I turned 18 and I understood that it was the minimum to know a little about my business, what I was providing for all these years", said the actress.

The actress reported that she was forced to clarify aspects of her personal life and that it was becoming intolerable to have to deal with untruths, distortions and misrepresentations in relation to her story. Larissa emphasized that the conflicts in question have no connection with her fiancé, also actor André Luiz Frambach. According to the actress, currently Frambach is her choice of life, adding that it is their mutual desire to build a future together and reiterated that this whole situation originated before he entered her life.

The companies
Larissa Manoela revealed that she sought a law firm in search of the articles of incorporation of the three companies in which she held a stake as a partner. The first company, called Dalari, was founded by her parents when she was 13, in October 2014, for the purpose of managing her career. All contracts and payments were under the control of this company, which also held most of the assets accumulated over the actress' professional career.
In a recording made by Larissa at the end of last year, her parents stated that the three had equal shares, representing 33% each, in that company. However, the reality was different, since Larissa discovered that her participation was only 2% of the shares, while her parents held the remaining 98%.
The second company was established in June 2020, when Larissa was 19 years old. At that time, the company was exclusively owned by Larissa herself. However, a clause stipulated that her parents had full powers to make decisions on her behalf, without the need for prior authorization from the daughter. Although Larissa was the only official partner, her parents held the position of directors with 100% control over the company. This explained why Larissa was only informed of the decisions taken, while her parents had the ability to decide, sign documents and commit on her behalf.
The third company represents a holding company divided into three equal parts, created in May last year with the aim of consolidating all the equity that could originally be in the first company, something that, according to Larissa, never materialized.
Earlier this year, Larissa recorded another audio that reveals a gradual weakening of her relationship with her parents. In the recording, the artist's mother expresses her intention to be completelyfrench, admitting that she never wanted anything from her daughter other than the role of mother and emphasizes that, even when the actress called her "mother", this title would only be symbolic.
In March, a meeting took place between Larissa, her parents and their respective lawyers, with the aim of restructuring the division of companies in an equitable manner. Although the parents agreed with an equal division of the companies, Larissa claims that the agreement was conditional on them receiving 6% of their income for the next 10 years.

With no agreement or answers, the rupture became inevitable, revealed the actress.She had communicated this to her father, making it clear that she would rather let go of the businessman than lose her father. "I always tried to start this conversation, this subject, in a simple way", she said.
Larissa made the decision to remove her parents from management activities in her personal company. It started a process of renegotiating the contracts related to Dalari, the company in which it only had a 2% stake, with the aim of consolidating all the gains into a single entity. It is through this new company that an artist will manage his career. The actress also revealed that she chose to give up a tax equity of around R$ 18 million, transferring everything to her parents. So far, the parents have not formalized the signature of the dissolution of the societies in the two companies. The actress felt the need to notify them extrajudicially.
"My decision to give up my entire business is because I am absolutely sure that my path will bring me great achievements. I'm only 22 years old. I am fully aware that this choice of mine is to provide the necessary comfort to my parents," she said.
