Ingredients
2 cups rice (arborio)
¼ cup olive oil (tea)
½ cup onion (grated)
3 cloves of garlic
½ cup dry white wine
1 liter of hot beef broth
½ cup cheese (chopped)
½ cup shredded gorgonzola cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup cheese (grated)
