1 pinch of salt

2 chicken broths


Preparation mode:


In a pressure cooker, heat oil or olive oil. brown theonion and garlic. Add the cumin, saffron, black pepper and salt. Then put the whole chicken breast and water. After 15 minutes turn off the heat. Remove the chicken breast and let it cool. Afterof cold, defy and book. Inthen in the same broth in which the chicken breast was cooked, add the cornmeal (let the cornmealwet in a little cold water and in a container to avoid lumps).


After the cornmeal is cooked to the point of a creamy soup, add the shredded chicken breast and the green smell. The dish Makes 15 servings.
