Expectations are growing among admirers of the most watched house in the country, with the imminent premiere of the new season of the reality show this Monday (08), at around 10:25 pm. Brazil is about to be once again enveloped by the fever Big Brother Brasil, and the 24th edition promises to be the most impactful of all. With an increase in the number of people confined, innovations in the voting system and promises of surprises, the reality show is already growing, raising expectations among fans of the most watched house in the country. The new season of the program will premiere this Monday (08),around 10:25 pm, under the command of presenter Tadeu Schmidt And with a greater number of participants competing, the prize could reach up to R$3 million.
So far, eighteen participants are already in the house, while another eight are expected to join the residents this Monday, during the program's live broadcast.
Increase in Number of Inmates
One of the big news this season is the increase in the number of participants. Traditionally with around 20 to 22 participants, BBB 24 surprised the public with the announcement of the entry of more confined people into the house. Eight new residents are about to join the house: on Sunday night (07), thirteen more participants were revealed competing for places. The public will choose two of them, whose names will be revealed in the premiere program. The other six, made up of three men and three women, will be selected by residents already confined after group dynamics. In total, 26 brothers and sisters will be competing for the prize, marking the largest number of participants in the history of "BBB".
The expectation is that coexistence between the personalities will be intensified, promising more diversity of profiles and, consequently, more conflicts and alliances within the most watched house in Brazil.
Innovation in the Voting System
In addition to the increase in the number of participants, BBB 24 brings an innovation to the voting system, seeking greater interaction with the public. The public now has two voting options: the individual vote, carried out once using the CPF, and the fan vote, which allows multiple votes per person. Both forms of voting contribute equally, each with a weight of 50%, and the final result is obtained through the weighted average between them. To choose an individual vote, you must register, provide your CPF and vote once. On the other hand, the fans' vote follows the model of previous editions of the program, with simple and free registration, allowing them to vote as many times as desired.
Surprises
Another point that has generated great expectations is the promise of surprises throughout the season. The BBB 24 production team kept many details about the twists and turns that the participants will face throughout the program secret. However, it is already known that the next iteration of the program will feature new humorous segments and driving faces. Luís Miranda and Marcos Veras they will be the masters of some of the innovations. One of the new segments will consist of an "invader" (Veras) exploring the premises and the possible messes left by the participants. Every Friday of this new edition, the leader of the week must reveal to the other participants who the possible nominees are. On Sunday, this leader will have the responsibility of choosing one of the three people mentioned to make up the wall. According to Tadeu, the Monster's punishments will be more severe this time, some of them lasting longer. As for the Angel, he will enjoy more benefits, becoming more powerful. In addition to granting immunity to another participant, the Angel can also guarantee immunity for himself in the formation of Paredão.
The Leader Center, the command system for the leader of the week, receives significant improvements to streamline the game. The winner will have the ability to identify which other player tried to refer him to Paredão, in addition to being able to influence additional touches to punish the Monster.
